Destination Brisbane Consortium is a joint venture comprising The Star Entertainment Group, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Far East Consortium. Together they will develop the exciting Queen's Wharf Brisbane integrated resort development.
The development will include 50 new restaurants, cafes and bars, a publicly accessible sky deck (approximately 100 metres above William St), ballroom, pedestrian bridge to South Bank, five and six-star hotels, world-class gaming facilities and approximately 12 football fields of public space.
Construction will begin in early 2017, with the core development expected to open in 2022. The conversion of the now Treasury Hotel and Casino into the luxury Ritz-Carlton and high-end retail centre will be undertaken from 2022-2024.
